Directed by bestselling French author Gilles Legardinier, Mr. Blake at Your Service sees John Malkovich take on a rare French language role as the eponymous Blake, a recently widowed British businessman who impulsively takes a job as a butler in the French countryside, setting off a quietly transformative journey of grief, connection, and rediscovery.
The film also stars Fanny Ardant and the late Émilie Dequenne in one of her final roles.
Mr. Blake at Your Service is in US cinemas from June 20th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.
