A blockbuster hit in its native France, directors Bertrand Usclat and Martin Darondeau's Comédie Française is a backstage comedy set at the famous Parisian venue. Pauline Clément plays Nina, who is set to make her directorial debut with a production of Macbeth. But with three hours to curtain rise Nina finds her debut jeopardised by an escalating series of crises.
Darondeau and Clément wrote the script with Clémence Dargent. The cast also includes Laurent Stocker, Julien Frison, Marina Hands, Adeline D'Hermy and Danièle Lebrun.
Comédie Française is in UK/ROI cinemas from October 9th.

The official synopsis reads:
At the Comédie-Française, the show must go on. But three hours before Nina's directorial debut, chaos erupts: a stranded actor, exploding tensions, broken equipment, clashing egos. With time running out, she fights to save the premiere.
