The runner sees Gal Gadot play Maia, a London-based lawyer whose morning jog is interrupted by a phone call from a stranger (Damian Lewis) who has abducted her young son. To save him, Maia must follow the caller's instructions, which force her to traverse the city and obey his sinister commands.
Kevin Macdonald directs a script by Mark Gibson. The cast also includes Rory Wilmot and Alfred Enoch.
The Runner is on Prime Video from September 2nd.
