Ingmar Bergman's Persona celebrates its 60th anniversary by returning to UK/ROI cinemas. The film sees Bibi Andersson play Alma, a young nurse tasked with caring for famous stage actress Elisabet (Liv Ullmann), who has lost the ability to speak. Sharing a cottage together, the two women's identities begin to blur.
Persona is back on the big screen in UK/ROI cinemas from December 11th.

The official synopsis reads:
When a celebrated stage actor falls mysteriously silent during a performance of Electra, she retreats to a remote seaside cottage, accompanied by her nurse. As their intimacy grows, the boundaries between them dissolve, blurring both their desires and their notions of self.
