Written and directed by John Valley (The Pizzagate Massacre), Austin-set thriller American Dollhouse sees a woman move into the suburban home she recently inherited. Her hopes of getting her chaotic life together are scuppered when a neighbour develops a violent obsession with her resemblance to his dead mother.
The film stars Hailley Lauren, Kelsey Pribilski, Tinus Seaux, Danielle Evon Ploeger and Richard C. Jones.
American Dollhouse receives its world premiere on March 14th at the SXSW Film and TV Festival.

The official synopsis reads:
A woman inherits her childhood home, seeking solace from a chaotic city life marked by addiction and debt. Unbeknownst to her, a psychotic neighbor becomes disturbingly obsessed with her due to a haunting resemblance to the neighbor’s deceased mother. As the fixation turns violent, her friends begin disappearing one by one, drawing her into a perverted, blood-soaked Christmas nightmare she may not survive.
