Directed by Drew Kirsch from a script by Tim Cairo and Jake Gibson, He Bled Neon stars Joe Cole as a former street kid who has turned his life around. When he learns of his brother's overdose, he reluctantly returns home to Vegas and comes to believe his brother was murdered.
The film also stars Rita Ora, Marshawn Lynch, Ismael Cruz Cordova, Paul Wesley and Josh Holloway.
He Bled Neon makes its world premiere at the SXSW Film and TV Festival on March 16th.

The official synopsis reads:
After learning his brother’s death may be murder, Ethan returns to Las Vegas to uncover the truth, and confront the violent past he buried. Once a street kid, he’s now living the good life in L.A., engaged to his dream girl and working for her father’s real estate firm. But when he gets a text saying his brother overdosed, the promise he made to never return home shatters, pulling him back into the world he thought he’d escaped.
