Writer/director Chris Nash delivered one of the best slasher movies in decades with 2024's In a Violent Nature. Its success has resulted in an inevitable sequel with Nathaniel Wilson taking over directing duties while Nash provides the script.
Ry Barrett returns as Johnny, the lumbering hook-wielding killer whom the first film followed around in the fashion of Alan Clarke's Elephant. This time Johnny's targets are the campers and counsellors of a summer camp.
The cast also includes Lucas Nguyen, Olivia Scriven, Laurie Babin, Fionn Laird, Donald MacLean Jr. and Evan Marsh.
A release date has yet to be announced.
