First Trailer for Coming-of-Age Comedy LEMONADE BLESSING
First look at the blackly comic Catholic school drama.

The feature debut of writer/director Chris Merola, Lemonade Blessing stars Jake Ryan as John, a 15-year-old forced to attend a Catholic school by his devout mother (Jeanine Serralles). When John falls for rebellious classmate Lilith (Skye Alyssa Friedman), he finds his faith severely tested as she sets him on a series of increasingly blasphemous misadventures.

The film also stars Miles J. Harvey, Michael Oloyede, Todd Gearhart and Keith William Richards.

Lemonade Blessing receives its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 5th, and we'll have a review soon after.

Meanwhile, check out the trailer below.

The official synopsis reads:

Freshly tossed into a private Catholic high school by his devout mother, John (Jake Ryan) falls head over heels for a devious classmate ready to push his faith (and morals) to the brink with a series of increasingly uncomfortable actions, all in the name of love.
