Parasite assistant director Kim Seong-sik makes his directorial debut with supernatural
fantasy Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman. The eponymous Dr. Cheon is a con artist who makes a living performing
fake exorcisms, only to find that the supernatural does indeed exist when
he's drawn into a mystery by a new client.
The film stars stars
Gang Dong-won, Huh Joon-ho, Esom, Lee Dong-hwi, Kim Jong-soo, Park
Soi
and Blackpink's Jisoo in her feature film debut.
Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman is on US VOD, bluray and
DVD from February 27th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
Despite being the grandson of a famed village shaman, Dr. Cheon doesn’t actually believe in ghosts, yet makes a living performing fake exorcisms on camera. But when a mysterious client arrives at his door, Dr. Cheon is drawn into a series of strange and unexplainable events that will challenge everything he has ever believed—and resurface childhood horrors he’s tried to forget.
