One of several movies shot before our current pandemic that has suddenly
gained a timely relevance is director Kerry Mondragon's
Tyger Tyger. Set during a pandemic that has widened America's inequality gap, the film
stars Sam Quartin as a woman who robs a pharmacist and sets out with
a junkie (Dylan Sprouse) to distribute much needed medicine to those
who can't afford it. Eden Brolin, Craig Stark, Max Madsen and
Barbara Palvin also star.
Tyger Tyger is in US cinemas and on VOD/Digital from
February 26th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
TYGER TYGER follows a woman named Blake (Sam Quartin), who while waiting for her test results during a pandemic, robs a pharmacy for life-saving medication, ditches her insolent boyfriend (Max Madsen), and makes a deal with a drug addict named Luke (Dylan Sprouse), to help distribute the stolen medication in the fringe lands. During the life-or-death adventure, they are chased through the labyrinth of the lawless city by its self-appointed gatekeepers Tammie (Eden Brolin) and Uncle Joe (Craig Stark).
