First look at director Thomas Bezucha's upcoming thriller.


After appearing together as Ma and Pa Kent in Man of Steel, Diane Lane and Kevin Costner have reunited for director Thomas Bezucha's adaptation of author Larry Watson's novel Let Him Go.

Costner and Diane play a Montana couple forced to take extreme measures to free their young grandson from the clutches of the dangerous family their daughter is involved with. Lesley Manville, Jeffrey Donovan, Kayli Carter, Booboo Stewart and Will Brittain also star.

Let Him Go is in UK/ROI cinemas from December 4th.

The official synopsis reads:

Following the loss of their son, retired sheriff George Blackledge (Costner) and his wife Margaret (Lane) leave their Montana ranch to rescue their young grandson from the clutches of a dangerous family living off the grid in the Dakotas, headed by matriarch Blanche Weboy. When they discover the Weboys have no intention of letting the child go, George and Margaret are left with no choice but to fight for their family.
