Writer/director Josh Heaps pays homage to the Italian Giallo thrillers of the 20th century with City Wide Fever. The film follows a film student whose investigation into the mysterious disappearance of a cult Italian filmmaker sees her uncover a violent conspiracy.

City Wide Fever plays in Alamo Drafthouse venues across the US from April 15th, followed by a US VOD release on May 1st. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
Sam, a young film student, discovers a hard drive detailing the life and career of forgotten Giallo Italian horror director Saturnino Barresi. As she begins to investigate his mysterious disappearance, Sam finds herself pulled into a violent conspiracy eerily similar to those of the films she adores.
