Director Chandler Levack has followed up her acclaimed debut I Like Movies with not one but two new movies. Mile End Kicks is about to premiere at SXSW with Roommates hitting Netflix soon after.
Roommates sees Sadie Sandler (daughter of Adam Sandler, who also stars) play Devon, a college freshman who finds herself in a war with her roommate, the confident and popular Celeste (Chloe East).
Written by Jimmy Fowlie and Ceara O'Sullivan, the film also stars Sarah Sherman, Natasha Lyonne, Nick Kroll and Storm Reid.
Roommates is on Netflix from April 17th.
