Game of Thrones stars Sophie Turner and Kit Harington reunite for gothic horror The Dreadful. Written and directed by Natasha Kermani (Abraham's Boys), the film sees Turner and Marcia Gay Harden play a mother and daughter living a secluded life on the outskirts of society in 15th century England. Their peace is shattered by the return of a figure from their past (Harington).
The film also stars Laurence O'Fuarain and Jonathan Howard.
The Dreadful is in US cinemas and on VOD from February 20th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
Set in medieval England, Anne and her domineering mother-in-law Morwen struggle to survive on the outskirts of society. But when a man from Anne’s past returns from war, a curse begins to take shape through a mysterious knight and threatens to destroy them all.
