
Director Park Chan-Wook's No Other Choice is a blackly comic thriller adapted from a novel by Donald Westlake, previously adapted by Costa-Gavras as 2005's The Axe. Lee Byung-hun plays the lead role of a man who takes increasingly desperate measures to find new employment after losing the job he held for 25 years.
Co-Written with Don McKellar, Lee Kyoung-mi and Lee Ja-hye, the film also stars Son Ye-jin, Park Hee-soon, Lee Sung-min, Yeom Hye-ran and Cha Seung-won.
No Other Choice is in UK/ROI cinemas from January 23rd.

The official synopsis reads:
No Other Choice is based on Donald E. Westlake’s novel The Ax, the story follows a middle-aged man named Man-su who embarks on a determined job-hunt after being unexpectedly fired from the paper company that he worked for 25 years. “If there is no opening for me, I’ll just have to get hired by creating one. I have no other choice.”
