
The directorial debut of Laurent Slama and co-written with Thomas Keumurian, A Second Life stars Titane's Agathe Rousselle as Élisabeth, a hearing-impaired woman struggling with depression and the stress of her job renting units during the Paris Olympics. Her life is disrupted by the arrival of a free-spirited American (Alex Lawther).
Suzy Bemba and Jonas Bachan also star.
A Second Life premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 6th.

The official synopsis reads:
July 26, 2024 — the day of the Olympic Games Opening Ceremony. Élisabeth, a hard-of-hearing woman, is torn between depression and the pressure of managing short-term rentals in a hectic Paris. The arrival of Elijah, a radiant and carefree Californian, disrupts her fragile balance.
