South Korea has selected Lee Chang-dong's Possible Love as its submission for the Best International Feature Film category at the 99th Academy Awards. The Burning writer/director's latest feature sees a laid-off worker and his wife cross paths with a documentary filmmaker and her spouse, confronting their hidden desires in the process.

Co-written with Oh Jung-mi, the film stars Jeon Do-yeon, Sul Kyung-gu, Zo In-sung and Cho Yeo-jeong.
Possible Love is in UK/ROI cinemas from October 23rd and on Netflix from November 6th.
