The directorial debut of James Villeneuve, Pins and Needles stars Chelsea Clark as Max, a diabetic student who finds herself a guinea pig in a sinister wellness experiment. With her insulin running out, Max must find a way out of her predicament before it's too late.
The film also stars Kate Corbett, Ryan McDonald, Damian Romeo and Daniel Gravelle.
Pins and Needles is on US VOD from June 24th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
What should have been an uneventful ride back to campus unexpectedly becomes a nightmare as Max, a diabetic biology grad student, is entrapped in a diabolical new-age wellness experiment. With her insulin supply dwindling, Max is forced into a deadly game of cat and mouse where she must escape at all costs or risk becoming the next test subject to extend the lives of the rich and privileged.
