Written and directed by Julia Ducournau (Raw; Titane), Alpha stars newcomer Mélissa Boros in the title role of a 13-year-old whose life is drastically altered when she returns home form school bearing a mysterious tattoo.
The film also stars Golshifteh Farahani, Tahar Rahim, Emma Mackey and Finnegan Oldfield.
Alpha is in French cinemas from August 20th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.
