Released at the tail end of the pandemic, it was uncertain whether director
Denis Villeneuve's adaptation of the first half of
Frank Herbert's cult sci-fi novel
Dune
would attract a large enough audience for the second part to be greenlit.
The movie proved a hit and now the first trailer and poster for the second
part have arrived.
Written by Villeneuve and Jon Spaihts, Dune: Part Two sees Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) team up with the Fremen as he seeks revenge
against those who conspired against his family.
The ensemble cast also includes Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh,
Dave Bautista, Christopher Walken, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Léa
Seydoux, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling
and Javier Bardem.
Dune: Part Two is in UK/ROI cinemas from November
3rd.

“Dune: Part Two” will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family.
