A pair of featurettes go behind the scenes of the revolutionary Black Mirror episode.
Netflix surprised its subscribers at the end of 2018 by releasing Bandersnatch, a new episode of sci-fi anthology series Black Mirror. But Bandersnatch, directed by David Slade, is no ordinary episode. Inspired by the 'Choose Your Own Adventure' books that became popular in the 1980s, Bandersnatch allows the viewer to make choices that determine the narrative, with reportedly thousands of permutations for the story.
A pair of new featurettes look at how Bandersnatch was conceived and brought to the screen. Check them out below.
Black Mirror: Bandersnatch is on Netflix now.
The official synopsis reads:
In 1984, a young programmer begins to question reality as he adapts a sprawling fantasy novel into a video game and soon faces a mind-mangling challenge.
