Real life stories of young women abducted by entitled men have been all too prevalent recently, and that's the topic tackled by writer/director Jess Bond in her debut, Rosy.
Stacy Martin plays the titular character, an actress who is abducted by a young man (Nat Wolff) determined to make her fall for his dubious charms. Johnny Knoxville, Sky Ferreira and Tony Shalhoub also star.
A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced, but a a trailer for Rosy's US release next month has been released. Check it out below and let us know your thoughts.
The official synopsis reads:
A socially awkward young man (Nat Wolff) kidnaps an aspiring actress (Stacy Martin) so she can get to know him, but he gets much more than he bargained for with Rosy.
