Directed by Neill Blomkamp (Chappie;
Elysium), Gran Turismo is a mix of video game adaptation and
sports biopic. It's inspired by the story of British racecar driver Jann
Mardenborough, who made the leap from playing the Gran Turismo video game
to racing real life cars.
