Writer/director J.P. Watts’ debut feature
The War Below tells the true WWI story of a group of British
miners tasked with tunnelling through No Man's Land to plant bombs under
German positions.
The film stars Sam Hazeldine, Tom Goodman-Hill, Kris Hitchen, Elliot James Langridge and
Sam Clemmett.
The War Below is in UK/ROI cinemas and on digital from
September 10th.

The official synopsis reads:
During World War 1, a group of British miners are recruited to tunnel underneath no man's land and set bombs from below the German front in hopes of breaking the deadly stalemate of the Battle of Messines.
