New trailer for Natalie Erika James' chiller.
Every year, without fail, there's one horror movie that receives rave reviews on its debut at the Sundance Film Festival. This year the genre movie that caught critics' attention was director Natalie Erika James' Australian supernatural thriller Relic.
The film stars Emily Mortimer and Bella Heathcote as a mother and daughter who find themselves coming to the realisation that sinister forces may be at play in the home of their mother/grandmother (Robyn Nevin).
Relic is in US cinemas and on VOD July 10th, but we're still awaiting details of a UK/ROI release.

The official synopsis reads:
RELIC tells the story of Edna (Robyn Nevin), an elderly and widowed matriarch who goes missing, and her daughter Kay (Emily Mortimer) and granddaughter Sam (Bella Heathcote) who must travel to their remote family home to find her. Soon after her return, they start to discover a sinister presence haunting the house and taking control of Edna.
