First look at the latest chapter in the Purge franchise.
The Purge might be the most frustrating franchise out there. Despite now boasting four movies, it's a series that has consistently failed to live up to its intriguing premise.
Now it's headed to TV, with a 10 episode series set to debut in the US in September. Perhaps such an expanded runtime will finally see the franchise live up to its pitch, but I wouldn't bet on it.
The show follows a series of disparate characters over the course of one Purge Night, the annual 12 hour period when all crime becomes legal.
