About their reimagined trailer, Plot Point Productions said:
"Return of the Jedi still holds immense emotional value for me, being my first theatrical Star Wars experience. That doesn't change the fact that it's a big, scatterbrained schlocky mess of a movie. However, Luke's storyline in ROTJ is still pretty impactful, and even more so now that we're coming up on Episode VIII, where we'll no doubt be seeing him struggle with his own legacy. I wanted to highlight that story more in this trailer and also provide a bookend to the Death Star saga, the beginnings of which we'll be seeing in Rogue One in December."
