Eli Roth is set to send a ripple through the film industry this summer with Ice Cream Man. Unconnected with the 1995 Clint Howard vehicle of the same name, Roth's film stars Ari Millen as an ice cream vendor whose unique products turn children into homicidal maniacs.
Co-written with Noah Belson, the film also stars Benjamin Byron Davis, Karen Cliche, Dylan Hawco and Sarah Abbott.
Ice Cream Man is in UK/ROI cinemas from August 7th.

The official synopsis reads:
An idyllic summer town descends into madness when an ice cream man serves kids sweet delights with horrifying results... As the frozen treats unleash an insatiable hunger in the children who eat them. With each sweet scoop, once-innocent kids transform into gruesome butchers with their sights set on adults.
