Directed by Raven DeShay Carter from a script by Jason-Michael Anthony and Hendreck Joseph, Nosseums stars Aleigha Burt as African-American student Ember, who agrees to a trip to the Florida backwoods with a group of white friends. Once there she finds the land inhabited by troubled spirits.
The film also stars Tabitha Getsy, Trisha Arozqueta, Jasmine Nguyen and Jessie Roddy.
Nosseums is on US VOD from February 27th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
Fresh from her toxic relationship, a curious college student, Ember reluctantly agrees to a weekend trip with her roommate and wealthy white “friends” to a secluded lake house in the Florida backwoods. Once she arrives at this unsettling land, it becomes familiar as she unearths troubled spirits that owned it and seeks to reclaim it.
