
With Caveat and Oddity, writer/director Damian McCarthy has established himself as one of the most exciting working filmmakers in the horror genre. His third film, Hokum, sees Adam Scott play an author who travels to Ireland to scatter his parents' ashes. Staying at a remote inn, he finds himself targeted by the spirit of an ancient witch.
The film also stars Peter Coonan, David Wilmot, Florence Ordesh, Will O'Connell and Michael Patric.
Hokum is in US cinemas from May 1st. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.
