Written and directed by Zak Hilditch, We Bury the Dead is set in a near future Australia where a military disaster has resulted in the dead rising. Seeking her missing husband, a woman (Daisy Ridley) ventures into a quarantined zone where she finds the true horrors of the undead.
The film also stars Mark Coles Smith, Brenton Thwaites and Matt Whelan.
We Bury the Dead is in US cinemas from January 2nd, 2026. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.
