
Daniel Day-Lewis declared himself retired after 2017's Phantom Thread but he's been lured back by his son, director Ronan Day-Lewis. The father and son co-write Anemone, which is set in 1980s Yorkshire and sees Day-Lewis and Sean Bean play two brothers previously involved in paramilitary activity in Northern Ireland.
The film also stars Samuel Bottomley, Safia Oakley-Green and Samantha Morton.
Anemone is in UK/ROI cinemas from November 7th.
