Directed by Sara Zandieh and co-written with Neel Patel and Lilly Singh, Doin' It sees Singh play Maya, a 30 year-old virgin software engineer with a sideline as a substitute teacher. When Maya is tasked with teaching a sex education class, despite having no experience of sex herself, comedy ensues.
The film also stars Sonia Dhillon Tully, Sabrina Jalees and Ana Gasteyer.
Doin' It is in US cinemas from September 19th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

Doin’ It follows Maya (Lilly Singh), a 30-year-old software engineer from a conservative Indian family who moonlights as a high school substitute teacher while working on a teen-focused app. When she’s unexpectedly assigned to teach sex education—despite never having had sex herself—chaos and comedy ensue.
