Writer/director Ari Aster's Eddington is a blackly comic contemporary western starring Joaquin Phoenix as a small town sheriff whose feud with the mayor (Pedro Pascal) causes the residents of the town to turn on one another amid the COVID pandemic of 2020.
The film also stars Luke Grimes, Deirdre O'Connell, Micheal Ward, Amélie Hoeferle, Clifton Collins Jr., William Belleau, Austin Butler and Emma Stone.
Eddington is in UK/ROI cinemas from August 22nd.
