Pioneering war photographer Lee Miller gets the biopic treatment in lee,
the directorial debut of cinematographer Ellen Kuras. The film stars
Kate Winslet as Miller, who captured some of the most striking images
of the second world war, and is based on the book 'The Lives of Lee Miller' by Antony Penrose.
Scripted by Liz Hannah, Lem Dobbs, John Collee and Marion Hume,
Lee also stars Andy Samberg, Alexander Skarsgård, Marion Cotillard, Josh O'Connor, Andrea Riseborough, Noemie Merlant, Arinzé Kene, Vincent Colombe, Patrick Mille, Samuel Barnett and Zita Hanrot.
Lee is in UK/ROI cinemas from September 13th.

Determined to document the truth of the Nazi regime, and in spite of the odds stacked against female correspondents, Lee captured some of the most important images of World War II, for which she paid an enormous personal price.
