Norwegian actress Renate Reinsve caught the attention of the world's
cinephiles with her lead role in Joachim Trier's
The Worst Person in the World. She now reunites with her co-star from that film, Anders Danielsen Lie, for Thea Hvistendahl's directorial debut
Handling the Undead.
Based on the novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist, the film takes place over the course of a
day in Oslo where a strange phenomenon causes the recently deceased to
return to life.
Bjørn Sundquist, Bente Børsum and Bahar Pars also
star.
Handling the Undead will receive its premiere at Sundance
in January.
