Infernal Affairs co-writer Felix Chong writes and
directs The Goldfinger, which sees him reunite with IA stars Tony Leung and
Andy Lau. The 1980s set crime epic is inspired by true events and
sees Leung play the chairman of a company that becomes the subject of a
lengthy investigation by Lau's anti-corruption officer.
The Goldfinger is in UK/ROI cinemas from December 30th.

The official synopsis reads:
Inspired by true events and set during the 1980’s, The Goldfinger follows the rise and fall of a multi-billion-dollar company and its chairman Cheng Yi-yan (Tony Leung), who undergoes a major investigation led by an elite anti-corruption investigator (Andy Lau). The result is a relentless and intriguing 15-year investigation in pursuit of the truth.
