Written and directed by Miles Joris-Peyrafitte, The Good Mother stars
Hilary Swank as a journalist who hunts down her son's killers with
the aid of his pregnant girlfriend (Olivia Cooke), discovering dark
truths along the way.
The film also stars Dilone, Hopper Penn, Norm Lewis, Karen Aldridge and
Jack Reynor.
The Good Mother is in US cinemas from September 1st. A
UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The Good Mother follows journalist Marissa Bennings (Hilary Swank) who, after the murder of her estranged son, forms an unlikely alliance with his pregnant girlfriend Paige (Olivia Cooke) to track down the killers. Together they confront a world of corruption and drugs in the seedy underbelly of a small city in upstate New York. As they get closer to the truth, they unearth an even darker secret.
