Robinson's And Then Come the Nightjars takes us back to the foot and mouth
crisis of 2001. Nigel Hastings and David Fielder reprise their stage roles of a farmer
and the vet assigned to cull his herd amid the outbreak. What begins with
tension leads to an unlikely friendship between the two men. Robinson
makes his feature film debut, having directed the original stage
production.
And Then Come the Nightjars is in UK cinemas from September 1st.
