New video takes us behind the scenes of the supernatural thriller.

Written and directed by Parker Finn, Smile stars Sosie Bacon as a doctor who finds herself haunted by horrific, inexplicable experiences following a traumatic incident involving one of her patients.

Jessie T. Usher, Kyle Gallner, Robin Weigert, Caitlin Stasey, Kal Penn and Rob Morgan also star.

Smile is in UK/ROI cinemas from September 28th.

The official synopsis reads:

After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can't explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.
