Written and directed by Ana Lily Amirpour (A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night;
The Bad Batch), Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon stars Kate Hudson as a
desperate single mother who teams up with a supernaturally gifted asylum
escapee (Jun Jong Seo) to embark on a crime spree using the latter's unique
gifts.
Ed Skrein, Evan Whitten and Craig Robinson also star.
Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon is in US cinemas and VOD from
September 30th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

When a struggling single-mother (Kate Hudson) befriends a mysterious mental institute escapee with supernatural powers (Jun Jong Seo), she sees a lucrative opportunity to make some fast cash. But when they draw the attention of a detective (Craig Robinson), their luck starts to run out as the cops close in on their crime-spree.
