The latest DC Comics superhero to be brought to the screen is
Black Adam, with Dwayne Johnson in the lead role. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, Black Adam sees the titular hero
enter the modern world after spending 5,000 years entombed after receiving
the powers of the ancient Gods.
Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa
Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui
and Pierce Brosnan also star.
Black Adam is in UK/ROI cinemas from October 21st.

The official synopsis reads:
