A hospital is supposed to be the one place where you're guaranteed safety,
which is what makes it such an effective setting for a thriller. Movies like
Green for Danger, Coma and Halloween II have
turned hospitals into sinister locales, and Argentinian director Martín Kraut hopes to do the same with La Dosis.
The film concerns a cat and mouse between two nurses, one who secretly
euthanises his patients who wish to depart peacefully, the other ending
patients' lives without their consent. Carlos Portaluppi, Ignacio Rogers and
Lorena Vega star.
La Dosis is on US VOD/Digital from June 11th. A UK/ROI
release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
Marcos is an experienced nurse who works the night shift of a private clinic. He is successful and professional, though it is soon revealed that he uses his position to help suffering patients find early peace. A new nurse in the clinic, Gabriel, shakes the sector: he is young, intelligent, beautiful, and seduces everyone. He soon deciphers Marcos' secret and the clinic becomes a battle of wits and seduction. Marcos retracts until he discovers that Gabriel also dabbles in euthanasia, though for different reasons. This revelation forces him to confront Gabriel and Marcos knows that only by exposing his own true identity will he be able to stop him.
