Two legends of Hong Kong action cinema - director Ringo Lam and star
Chow Yun-Fat - collaborated for a third time on the 1989 thriller
Wild Search. The film sees Yun-Fat play a cop protecting a young girl from the violent
gang who want her dead for witnessing a crime.
Wild Search makes its UK blu-ray debut courtesy of Eureka
Entertainment on July 19th.
Bonus features include a new feature length audio commentary by Asian film expert Frank Djeng, and
an archival interview with actor Roy Cheung. The first 2000 copies comes win
a limted edition slipcase with a collector’s booklet featuring new writing by David West.

The official synopsis reads:
Yun-fat plays Lau, a widowed police officer investigating a gang of gun runners. When a shootout with the criminals leaves a woman dead, and her daughter the only surviving witness, Lau must protect the young girl from the ruthless gang that wants her dead.
