Our guide to the new movies hitting UK Home Entertainment platforms next week (w/c July 13th).
Cinemas have re-opened but new releases are thin on the ground as distributors wait to see if we're ready to return to our favourite picture palaces yet. If you're still resigned to staying home for now, here are the new movies arriving on UK Home Entertainment platforms next week.

Piranhas
A brutal and stylish mafia thriller based on the book by Roberto Saviano (Gomorrah). Nicola lives with his mother and younger brother in the Sanitae neighbourhood of Naples, a place that has been controlled by the Camorra mafia for centuries. Dreaming of a life lush with designer clothing and elite nightclub bottle service, Nicola and his naive group of friends begin selling drugs, an entryway into the violent, power-hungry world of crime.

Jeff Wadlow directs this reimagining of the 1970s television series about a hotel owner who makes the dreams and fantasies of his guests become a reality. Mr. Roarke (Michael Peña) prides himself on giving his guests their innermost secret dreams and wishes, but when these dreams turn into nightmares, they must fight for their lives if they want to return home.

Matt Roberts writes, produces and directs this British comedy. The Last Full Measure

Buñuel in the Labyrinth of the Turtles
Using traditional 2D hand-drawn animation and a fresh way of re-telling a transitional moment in cinema history, the film recounts the fascinating true story of how Luis Buñuel (1900-1983) made his second film, Las Hurdes: Land Without Bread. Based on the graphic novel 'Buñuel en el laberinto de las tortugas; by illustrator and strip-cartoonist Fermin Solis, the film begins at the end of 1932. After the scandal of L’Age d’Or, the surrealist comedy Buñuel made with Salvador Dalí had left him penniless, his warm-hearted friend, the sculptor Ramón Acín, declares that if he wins the Spanish Christmas lottery he will give the prize money to Buñuel for his next film. Miraculously Acín’s ticket wins and he supports Buñuel in the making of a quasi-documentary on one of the poorest areas in Spain, Las Hurdes.
