Irish newcomer Ferdia Shaw takes the title role of director Kenneth Branagh's Artemis Fowl, adapted from author Eoin Colfer's novel. The titular Fowl is a 12-year-old criminal mastermind who uncovers a secret race of fairies while investigating the disappearance of his father.
Lara McDonnell, Tamara Smart, Nonzo Anozie Josh Gad and Judi Dench also star.
Artemis Fowl is in UK/ROI cinemas August 2019.
