The filmmaking duo of Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett (Ready or Not; Scream) team up with writers Stephen Shields and Guy Busick for Abigail. The film sees the titular 12-year-old ballerina Abigail (Alisha Weir) abducted by a group of criminals. What they don't realise is that
Abigail is a vampire.
Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Kathryn Newton, William Catlett, Kevin
Durand and Angus Cloud also star.
Abigail is in cinemas from April 19th.

The official synopsis reads:
After a group of would-be criminals kidnap the 12-year-old ballerina daughter of a powerful underworld figure, all they have to do to collect a $50 million ransom is watch the girl overnight. In an isolated mansion, the captors start to dwindle, one by one, and they discover, to their mounting horror, that they’re locked inside with no normal little girl.
