Writer/director Thomas Hardiman's debut feature
Medusa Deluxe is a camp and stylish murder mystery set in the
cut-throat world of competitive hairdressing. When a hair stylist is found
dead, the surviving contestants attempt to stay alive while identifying the
killer.
The film stars Clare Perkins, Kae Alexander, Harriet Webb, Darrell D'Silva and
Luke Pasqualino, and boasts cinematography by the acclaimed
Robbie Ryan (The Favourite;
American Honey).
Medusa Deluxe is in UK/ROI cinemas from June 9th and will
stream exclusively on MUBI from August 4th.

The official synopsis reads:
After a stylist is found dead, the remaining competitors try to uncover the killer over the course of an evening, Rivalry and mistrust build as the remaining group of determined contestants suspect that someone may be trying to rig the competition, by gruesomely picking off its entrants.
