The third instalment of the Fantastic Beasts series, which once again stars Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law, manages the feat on digital downloads only, finishing just ahead of meta–Nicolas Cage film, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent which debuts at Number 2.

Meanwhile, The Batman (3) and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (4) hold on to their positions from last week, while historical action-adventure The Northman rises one place to a new peak (5).
Last week’s Number 1, The Lost City, tumbles to Number 6, and Colin Firth-starring Docu-drama Operation Mincemeat falls to Number 7 as they finish just ahead of Morbius at Number 8.
Spider-Man: No Way Home returns to the Top 10 at Number 9 after climbing two places, while rounding off the Top 10 for another week is animated musical Sing 2.
