Director Michael Pearce follows up his impressive 2017 debut
Beast
with sci-fi thriller Encounter.
The film stars Riz Ahmed as a Marine who embarks on a mission to
rescue his two young sons (Lucian-River Chauhan and Aditya Geddada) from invading alien bugs that may or may not be a figment of his
imagination.
Octavia Spencer and Rory Cochrane also star.
Encounter is in UK/ROI cinemas from December 3rd and on Amazon Prime Video from December 10th.

The official synopsis reads:
A decorated Marine goes on a rescue mission to save his two young sons from a mysterious threat. As their journey takes them in increasingly dangerous directions, the boys will need to leave their childhoods behind.
